Return Policy

Last updated: 1 August 2026

Tonsuavari is a publisher, not the seller. Orders for the weighted sleep mask are placed with, fulfilled by and refunded by the retailer that operates the checkout you are taken to when you click a product link. The summary below reflects the retailer's published terms at the time of writing and your statutory rights in the United Kingdom. The retailer's own policy always prevails; please read it before ordering.

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

The retailer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If the mask is not right for you, you may request a return within that window for a refund of the product price. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

2. Statutory cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers buying at distance may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, and have a further 14 days to return them. A refund of the price plus the standard outbound delivery charge is then made within 14 days of the retailer receiving the goods or proof of postage. A deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.

3. Condition of returned items

  • Items should be clean, dry and free of make-up, oils or odours.
  • Please include the mask, the adjustable strap, the storage pouch and any inserts supplied.
  • Original packaging is preferred but a secure alternative is accepted.
  • For hygiene reasons the retailer may refuse or reduce a refund on items returned heavily soiled or damaged by the customer.

4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your mask arrives faulty or is damaged in transit, contact the retailer within 30 days for a full refund, or after 30 days for a repair or replacement. Photographs of the fault and the outer packaging speed up the process considerably. Return postage for faulty goods is refunded.

5. How to start a return

  • Find your order confirmation email from the retailer.
  • Reply to that email, or use the retailer's contact or returns form, quoting your order number and the reason for return.
  • Wait for a returns authorisation and the correct return address before posting — parcels sent to the sender address on the shipping label may not be received.
  • Obtain proof of postage; we recommend a tracked service, as the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives.

6. Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The retailer typically processes an approved refund within 3–5 business days of receipt; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show the credit. Discounts applied through a multi-buy promotion are recalculated when only part of a bundle is returned.

7. Non-returnable situations

  • Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items returned without a returns authorisation.
  • Free promotional gifts, unless returned with the paid item.

8. Help

If the retailer does not respond within five business days, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will do our best to escalate the matter with our partner. We cannot issue refunds ourselves because we never take payment from you.
